He played a key role in making India a major hub for Schneider Electric, integrating L&T Electrical and Automation Business. With a background in management and Electrical Engineering, he actively engages with industrial bodies, holding positions such as Vice Chair of CII National Committee on Smart Cities.
Sachin Bhalla is a Vice President & Country GM for India & SAARC in Secure Power Division of Schneider Electric’s Energy Management Business. In this position, Sachin is responsible to lead business operation for Greater India Zone of Secure Power Division which provides complete physical infrastructure solutions for data centers, distributed IT environments, and industrial applications through it’s industry leading brands APC, Uniflair Cooling, President Racks, and Luminuos UPS.

Like all things begin small, so did SHIF. Started as a pilot project in 2015, it spread like laughter in a silent valley. In just 4 years, SHIF was able to provide solar energy to 25000 rural homes. The tune of a passion slowly built into a crescendo of epic ambition. Why not the whole of India? And why just solar power? Why not digital power to thriving young minds?
