Sharing Education Programs’ News and Stories from across Commercial Markets
Introduction
As we close out HP’s FY’24 it gives me great joy in seeing our Education programs proliferate across our commercial markets; from HP IDEA's launch across 25 cities in India to having the Director General of MOE Indonesia participate in our HP Cambridge EdTech Fellowship program and, from Brazil becoming the country with the fifth highest number of enrolments in the world on HP Gaming Garage’s GenAI course to Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of ICT according micro degree status to HP GG courses, we have had fabulous stories of growth and engagement across the globe.
And as we begin to ride the wave of AI, am pleased to share that we have 3 new AI related offerings in the Edu space too – HP READ supports teachers in improving foundational literacy in the classrooms by using AI tools, HP AI Teacher Academy from our Edu GBU skills teachers on adopting AI in the classroom, and the ‘Mastering GenAI in Game Development’ course, part of the HP Gaming Garage program, skills students on the latest game design and programming toolkit. Alongside our existing LMS platform, HP Classeasy, which incorporates AI to understand student preferences and curates customized learning pathways, we are able to assist educational institutes in all the main areas of AI adoption – enabling adaptive learning, lightening administrative tasks, automating grading and assessments, and providing students access to data and information at scale.
Our education programs enable us to create a virtuous loop of impact across 4 quadrants -
Advocacy, Engagement, Digital Equity, and Commercial influence. It allows our sales leaders to curate
social capital, increase our reach, contribute to our sustainability agenda, and support our market growth objectives.
We are on the cusp of the phygital era, and if we want to see ourselves playing a key role in the Future of Work, we have to support and drive the Future of Education too.
